- Just 1 minute from the beach of the beautiful coastal town of El Masnou.
- Ideal for large groups of people who wish to enjoy a few days of relaxation by the sea.
- It has a roof terrace from which you can see the sunrise and sunset thanks to its incredible views of the sea and from which you can also see the city of Barcelona in the background.
- Inside, on the ground floor, there is a spacious and bright living room with comfortable sofas, a TV area, and a dining room with direct access to the patio. On this same floor, there is a full bathroom with a shower.
- The kitchen is fully equipped and it has all the essentials to make your stay great.

The 6 rooms are spacious and bright, thanks to their large windows that provide beautiful natural light. All rooms facing the sea have double windows for better sound insulation.
There is a fan in each room.
- The house is decorated with great care, with a beautiful marine style that can be seen in many of its original details. The house has everything you need for short or long-term stays.
The house is located in the center of the town of El Masnou, in a very well-connected residential area, right in front of the beach.
 The house has a magnificent patio for lunch or dinner with maximum privacy, where there is also a charcoal barbecue, ideal for preparing all kinds of meat, vegetables, or grilled fish. On this same patio, we find a small laundry where there is a sink and washing machine.
On the terrace, there are loungers for sunbathing or enjoying the pleasant Mediterranean climate.
The kitchen has direct access to the patio, making it very practical and pleasant for breakfast, lunch, or dinner outside.
The house has WIFI.

These spaces are not shared, but it is necessary to preserve them.Outdoor and dining areas must be respected.The Barbecue must be cleaned after each use.

(Departure). - City tax: must be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit card.Cost of tourist tax: € 2 per person and every night, maximum 7 nights and only people over 16 years old- Deposit: will be made upon arrival through credit card pre-authorization.- Signature of the house rules.- Signature of the temporary tourist rental contract.

   HOUSE RULES   
- It is not available to groups under 25 years old.
 
- The Rental Contract of the property for Tourist Season will be accepted upon reservation and will be signed before the closing ceremony.
 
- Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card.
 
- All persons making the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity card. They will be requested before and during the welcome.
 
- During your stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians.
 
- It is also necessary to remove the garbage periodically to avoid odors and brutality. There are containers in the street, very close to the house.
 
- Between all of us we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, if you please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources.
Waste, abusive consumption, or negligent use of electricity, water, and gas is not included and can be deducted from the deposit.
 
  IT'S NOT ALLOWED   
- Host or invite more people than those registered on the reservation form.
 
- Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 21:00 and before 09:00 in the morning.It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbours.
 
- Organize events, parties, and bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behaviour.
 - Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost. 
We have a service to rent pool/beach towels. 
 
- Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property.In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies.
 
- Electric vehicles cannot be charged using the house power
 
- Groups of students are not allowed.

- No pets allowed

 We are very strict with the rules because the houses we help manage are not located in tourist areas. Properties are in the urbanizations very quiet and we want (we need) to preserve the coexistence between visitors and residents.

  GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD   
The house is located in El Masnou, a town with a maritime character, with a large marina 1km away, full of good restaurants, bars, pubs, a nightclub, and places to have a drink or a good aperitif in front of the sea. El Masnou is located in the heart of El Maresme, a really quiet and relaxing area, with crystalline beaches, and a promenade that reaches Barcelona, ​​for lovers of cycling or outdoor sports.
The house is near the Barcelona Catalunya Circuit, for lovers of Formula 1, Moto GP or the many events that take place throughout the year.
El Masnou is a town located very close to Barcelona (about 17 km) about 15 minutes by car, well connected by highway, road or train. This town is adjacent to Alella, a wine area, and wineries with a lot of charm to make a wine tourism route through the different vineyards of the Alella Denomination of Origin.
It has many shops where you can buy and taste the local wines, as well as a long list of good restaurants where you can savor the charms of Mediterranean cuisine.
