Es verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer: ein Doppelzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und das andere mit einem Einzelbett. Wohn-/Esszimmer und offene Küche mit Zugang zur herrlichen Terrasse. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein voll ausgestattetes Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. WEITERE INFORMATIONEN: - Es sind -+20 Stufen bis zum Aufzug. - Nebenkosten sind NICHT INBEGRIFFEN. Ungefähr 200 €/Monat.

Great location, service could be improved
The flat is centrally located in the Gothic Quarter in the city centre. It is very nicely and comfortably furnished. The kitchen was clean and everything worked well. Unfortunately, communication with the landlords was difficult. I still haven't received an official invoice, the check-in process was chaotic. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with my stay.

Helle kleine Wohnung mit toller Dachterasse
Pünktlich hat bei unserer Ankunft bereits jemand auf uns gewartet und die Wohnung gezeigt. Die kleine Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet und die Dachterasse war einfach toll. Mitten im gotischen Viertel konnten wir vieles zu Fuss erreichen, nicht weit entfernt gibt es 2 U-Bahn-Stationen. Supermärkte, Bäckereien, Restaurants und Läden sind alle in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, eine ideale Wohnung für 1 bis 2 Personen.

Recommendation
The property was located in such a great part of Barcelona. We could walk to every location and it had restaurant options nearby. The property is very small however the outdoor patio really helped. On the downside the person who met us at the apartment did not explain things accurately and the apartment was not set up for cooking as it had few items. We also had to resupply our toilet paper which I have never had to do before. On a positive note the management was responsive and sent folks into fix the internet in a timely manner. Overall a positive experience in this lovely area of Barcelona!

We had a little difficulty getting the front door open, even to the point of having to call the management service, and the stairs to the elevator were a little more than expected, but once we were there the apartment was perfect for our short stay. Great location for our visit. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen could use some more amenities if our stay was going to be longer.

Very well located apartment with great terrace outside.
The apartment was very well located in the old town district of Barcelona - the majority of sights and the beach were therefore within walking distance. The apartment is compact but the terrace outside creates an impression of large space and is ideal for relaxing in.

Nice appartment in great location
This is a nice appartment for 1 or 2 people. We were 3 (including a child) and it was a bit tight. Patio is a very nice feature. Washing machine is outside and the appartment has a drying rack (but it leaves a white residue on your clothes). Kitchen has basic equipment but we were able to cook meals with no issues. There is no oven, just a stovetop and a microwave. Overall we enjoyed our stay but there were some very minor irritants. The appartment could have been cleaner and does feel a little tired. Coffee machine needs to be replaced as it doesn’t work properly. Living room couch is full of stains. We could have been provided more towels than only one for 6 nights, especially since there was no way to dry them. You can hear the neighbors through the walls so bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. However, the location was fantastic and being able to be outside (on the patio) was a nice bonus.

Perfect location, but the suite wasn't what I thought it would be.
This suite is located in the heart of Barrio Gothica. It's a wonderful location. Yes, you can easily get lost among the tiny streets, but what better way to find places you've never heard of. And then...good luck finding them again if you want to return. It's a part of the charm of this area. Our host was easy to communicate with, and very helpful. They provided directions on how to get to their place. Follow them because it's a bit tricky the first time. Once we arrived we waited an additional 15 minutes for someone to arrive to let us in. Once inside, you take a set of narrow stairs, and then you can take the elevator - which will fit about 3 people, or the stairs (but, as mentioned, the stairs are narrow). The suite is at the top of the building - it's a good walk up!! Upon entering I noted a smoky smell. The person who was giving us a tour said it was the cleaning solution they used. But I started sneezing (allergic to tobacco smoke) so I'm sure that a previous occupant smoked and didn't disclose that to the owners. The person giving us the tour didn't really listen after that. The suite is a bit older now than in the photos posted. It was a bit tired and in need of some sprucing up. The outdoor terrace is very lovely and we spent some time out there. It provided some much needed "airiness". The living room was a bit in need of a "fluffing up" but most of the space is used quite well. The kitchen is long and adequate for basic needs. Nothing special, but functional. The two bedrooms were very dark and tiny. I don't think the pictures adequately reflected how small and dark they are. The beds were closer to cots than actual beds, and they're all singles. I believe I didn't choose the right suite for our needs, so we made the best of it. The bathroom was the main sore spot...it definitely needs some love and attention. The shower has mold in it and wasn't very appealing. The space itself is so small that you had to move your knees to the side if you were sitting on the toilet. I'm only 5'5" and I found it a bit challenging. Overall it was an adequate space that didn't look quite as nice as the pictures in the listing. To be fair, other reviewers said this, but I chose to believe the pictures. Again, the location was lovely and communications with the host were great. We just didn't pick the suite which best suited our needs. We were a couple and one single person travelling. This would have been better for two or three singles travelling.

Great location, outside space a bonus, my friend and I enjoyed a lovely break.
There were one or two issues we feel would be worth mentioning. We had problems with opening the main door, this could be explained a little better by your representative. The apartment was generally clean, however the floors were dusty, anything put on the bedroom floor got covered in dust. We did not expert the rather steep stairs up to the lift . These were not major things, although the door was a pain even when we knew how it worked, and over all nothing detracted from our enjoyment of the apartment or out holiday. Over all we would recommend the apartment to our friends and relatives.
