„The property is dated, needs to be freshened up top to bottom. It is on the fringe of a wooded area nice and quite. The 1 big complaint is that the property owner did not advise us that we were the only visitors to be there most of the time so there would be no food service available, so we had to cook every meal for ourselves. „For a moment I thought my reservation was given away, the gentleman said he thought I wasn't coming. ANYONE WHO BOOKS THIS NEEDS TO CALL THEM AND CONFIRM VERBALLY WITH THE PROPERTY MGR. They did get me sorted and the place was very cute, gated and clean. George checked up on us but everything worked perfectly and we had no problems. „The house is very well located, you do not need a car. The beach is 8 minutes away on foot, the bus stop is 20 meters away from the house. There are very frequent busses. The house is very clean, you have everything you need; but there are no moskito nets, so we brought them with us, which was a good help. We recommend this house.“

„Our stay at Miyako was the perfect spot for our surfing vacation. The property was clean and communication with the owner Ty was easy as was the check in process. Freight’s bay is a 3 minute walk. A great place to learn how to surf. If surfing is not your thing this quiet neighborhood is a lovely place to stay. An easy drive to Oistins where you will find all the amenities you’ll need! „This was my second stay at the cottage and it did not disappoint. The location is perfect, close to the beach, Oistins, shopping, restaurants and other amenities. Keisha is a wonderful host. „Pros: Great location as beach, supermarket and restaurants are all within an easy walk. It’s on a dead end street so very little traffic. Beach club pool access is a bonus. Comfortable bed, pillows and furniture. Lisbeth and Patrick are available and very helpful Cons: No hot water in the kitchen. Kitchen is dated and is small with no table inside to sit at. Noise of dogs barking during the night and construction during the day (neighbour doing construction).“
