„I hardly ever write reviews but I felt like I had to for the Raajkutir! Such an absolute gem of a hotel. Unremarkable from the outside, but once you enter the grounds are so beautiful and traditional in style, you can’t quite believe that the hustle and bustle of Kolkata is just the other side of the wall. The rooms are STUNNING, the food delicious, and the staff are falling over themselves to help you. I wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you Raajkutir! “

„The room smelled moldy. The booking site said I paid for breakfast included but the hotel charged me for it. No hot water. Location is OK: near the bus station.“

„Very dirty bathrooms and room. Towel are all worn down. Vanity in the bathrooms have stain same with toilet seats. Service quality is also not appreciable, ordered a glass, it took them multiple reminders and over 45 mins to get. Ice bucket did not have any tong so had to use hands to take out ice cubes. “

„Das Hotel ist sehr gut. Allerding fand am Valentine´s Day (14. Februar) ein sehr lautes Konzert im Hotel statt. Die Bühne befand sich direkt unterhalb meines Zimmers. Das ist nicht akzeptabel.“

„Ein wirklich tolles Hotel, in dem es an nichts fehlt. Ich wurde in ein Zimmer im alten Teil upgegradet, Service freundlich, Frühstück reichhaltig, dass man im Jahr 2017 und in dieser Preiskategorie kein wlan inkludiert hat, ist allerdings befremdlich.Hotel liegt sehr gut, U-Bahn in Gehweite.“
