„Great spot with a cafe only a short walk away. While the road is busy, the room was quiet and it was a great location for doing things around the mountain (we were there for a wedding). Typical motel style accommodation, nice and clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was warm inside despite it being very cold outside (it was winter).“

„Top Lage, Frühstück sehr bescheiden, Meerwasser Pool dürfte besser gepflegt sein. Wir waren schon oft im Hotel und waren sehr zufrieden. Erwähnen möchte ich noch das Restaurant Fireplace, Essen und Bedienung sehr gut.“

„Wir verbrachten mehrere Tage in diesem 1937 errichteten, gepflegten Hotel, das mit Pub und Restaurant ein beliebter abendlicher Treffpunkt ist. Sowohl der Lamington National Park als auch die Strände der Gold Coast und Brisbane sind in ca. 1 Stunde gut zu erreichen. Allerdings haben nicht alle Zimmer ein eigenes Bad! In Canungra finden sich etwa Tankstellen, Supermarkt, Cafés und eine empfehlenswerte Bäckerei (neben dem Supermarkt).“

„Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt nett zu gestalten. Ich habe einige tolle Tipps erhalten. Leider sind die Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen und benötigen eine Renovierung. Zudem ist es sehr hellhörig.“

„Absolutely amazing stay at the Witches Falls Cottages. Contrary to what Expedia says on the listing there is a reception/check in at the property, we even got a text msg to say our cottage was ready before 2pm so we could check in early! Very inviting cottage, super clean, cosy, comfortable and with everything we could need provided. Breakfast was so good. We’re both vegan and opted for a continental breakfast but we could have had vegan options to cook on our bbq. Fresh warm bread delivered to ...

Ausgestattet mit einem Tisch und Stühlen, einer Küche, mit Geschirr und Besteck, einem Kühlschrank sowie einer Mikrowelle und einem angemessenem Badezimmer. Internet per WLAN gab es kostenlos.“
