The Space:
Welcome to Knot Appropriate Beech House! This well-maintained home is located near the Beech Mountain golf course and is convenient for skiing or mountain biking. The top parking spot has a level entry to the front entrance. Inside, you will find the fully appointed kitchen with brick flooring, living room with vaulted tongue and groove ceilings, a fireplace with a wood stove insert, and hardwood flooring.

Also on the main level is the King Suite with a charming claw foot tub and shower, the bath opens to both the bedroom and the entrance hallway. Upstairs is a loft with a Queen sleeper sofa and a streaming TV. Downstairs you'll find two bedrooms and a second full bath with a large shower and the laundry area. There is also a Queen bedroom and a bedroom with two Twin beds downstairs, each with a TV.

The front covered porch offers rockers for relaxing. The back deck has a table and chairs, and a gas grill, as well as mountain views that expand in the wintertime and a firepit for roasting marshmallows.

- Guests of Knot Appropriate Beech House have the option to purchase a temporary membership to Beech Mountain Club during their stay. Please inquire for details.
- Pets are welcome for an additional rent of $25/night each. Mature, trained dogs, only, max of four (call/email us to add pet(s) to your reservation)
- Firewood for the wood stove insert in the living room or firepit outside may be added (call/email us)
- The main roads are paved and plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access the property in times of snow or ice. The drive has one parking spot on the flat pull-off, and room for 2-3 cars on the gravel driveway that below the walkway.

Note: Here on Beech Mountain we have a great amount of snowfall from November through April. You must be prepared with 4-wheel drive, studded snow tires or chains. Chains can be purchased in the area in the event of a snowstorm during your vacation. Renters are expected to provide toilet paper, paper towels, soaps/detergents, trash bags, baggies/foil/saran wrap, fire wood, etc. We provide: linens (1 set of sheets per bed, blankets, pillows), 1 towel and 1 wash cloth per person based on occupancy of the property, a kitchen set of 1 dish cloth and 1 dish towel, 1 dishwasher tab, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 small bar soap per bathroom and one roll of paper towels.
