Unwind in a comfortable, thoughtfully designed space that feels like a true home away from home. Ideal for 2–3 adults or a small family with one child, with accommodations for up to 4 guests for those who don’t mind a cozy, close-knit space.

The space
The thoughtfully designed layout combines the living, sleeping, and dining areas into one comfortable, inviting space. Just the right distance from downtown Bandera, you’ll enjoy the convenience of being only minutes away while still experiencing the peace and tranquility of the Texas Hill Country.

Sleeping Arrangements:
• 1 King bed
• Sleeper sofa (converts to a bed)
• Inflatable bed available
• Folding cot w/ light mattress

Bathroom:
Full bathroom with shower, fresh towels, and essential toiletries.

Kitchen:
The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, toaster, cookware, bakeware, dishes, and basic cooking essentials for preparing simple meals.

Living Area:
A cozy seating area with a comfortable sofa and soft pillows provides a relaxing place to unwind.

Outdoor Space:
Relax outdoors with seating, a patio table with umbrella, and a fire pit—perfect for unwinding in the evening!

Additional Amenities:
• Complimentary snacks, bottled water, sodas, and basic toiletries to help make your stay comfortable.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire tiny home, outdoor area, and fire pit. Neighboring homes are nearby with no fencing, so please enjoy the open area behind the home!

Please note: The washing machine is currently out of service while we wait for repairs. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Please note: The property is not fenced. For your safety and privacy, we ask that guests remain within the area surrounding the home and not venture beyond the tree line. You’re also welcome to relax outdoors and enjoy the table and chairs, along with the mini BBQ grill, during your stay.
