The houses were built in the 20's and 30's which give a lot of character to the neighborhood. Most homes have large backyards, quite uncommon for being in the city. The Hamilton section is becoming much sought after. Restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and bookstores are starting to populate the commercial area and it offers some of the best of city living.
By car, there is easy access to I-95, I-895 and I-695 and you can be in the heart of downtown in 15 minutes or less. Johns Hopkins Hospital is about 10 minutes away, Morgan State University - 5 and Johns Hopkins Univ Campus approx 10 min.. Also, there is ample parking in my neighborhood. If you don't have a car, city MTA buses can take you anywhere you need and I have the bus schedules.
