Located in Upper Fells Point, this quaint row house is perfectly located, 2mins to Patterson Park, 4mins to Inner Harbor (bars/restaurants/museums /nightlife), and 4mins to John Hopkins Hospital or Mercy Medical Center. Bars and restaurants are just steps away. All hardwood flooring with a completely modernized kitchen.

Street Parking is available with no meters or time limitations. There are plenty of spaces available during the day but it can be a bit difficult to find a spot at night after people get home from work. I recommend finding a spot and leaving your car there. Everything is a walk or a short Uber ride away.

For pets there's a nonrefundable $500 pet fee to be included in the security deposit and clear guidance on the condition the house should be left in after lease end date.
