„Extraordinary staff, die to a delayed flight we arrived at 22:30 and she was so extremely helpful and friendly that we felt hardly welcomed by second one! Parking lot was available, also there's good coffee and some cakes in the morning. Would definitely come back for another longer stay“

„We had a great time at the queen of the loch. We had booked a twin room. Unfortunately, when we got into the room it was not arranged as a twin but the friendly staff fixed that right away. The location is great: close to the center and with shops and restaurants as well as the loch. We also really enjoyed the included breakfast (we had the full breakfast) and the atmosphere of the place which reminded me of a casual hotel in the US. „We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the accommodation and the fact that the bed was far too narrow for two adults. Even though the staff was kind, these issues made our stay uncomfortable.“

„The price is good, its clean and convenient . The guy didnt get up for breakfast one morning and its basic but it says that on the tin“

„Perfect for a short stay in Glasgow. The hotel is well located in the center and you can easily walk around from there.“

„We had a lovely stay! The receptionist was so friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The hotel is in a great location, and the room was comfortable. The complimentary tea and coffee were a lovely bonus. Would happily stay again!“

„War gleich am Flughafen. Was sehr praktisch war. Guter Service.
