„All food cooked to orderb and you wouldn't nicer or better staff anywhwere.“

„Classy Hotel in an 18th Century Georgian architectural landmark which was saved by the Hotel Company. Went there first on a rushed business trip and went back half a year later to enjoy it finally with my partner. The pool is warm and not exactly for a sporty swimmer, but is nice with the opportunity to swim outdoors. Beds and Breakfast are excellent and up to the price. After finding the south of England more and more crowded, the Peak District is an area I was happy to discover.“

„Having enjoyed the stay at this very special Hilton. Nice atmosphere, great architecture, nice bar and spa area. Restaurant service at breakfast is struggling when it comes to peak times and could be more friendly. Dinner buffet/menu for 25 GBP p.P. is too expensive as quality and variety of food is below average as well as service level - having a coupon to get a "free drink" with self service reminds me of a canteen - not a Hilton.“

„Gute Zimmergrösse, aauberes Bad mit guter Dusche und Pflegeprodukten von Dove, das Frühstück hatte alles, was ich brauchte, von Cerealinien, Obst, Joghurt über Brot und Rührei, baked Beans etc. Ds Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich komme gerne wieder.“

„The hotel had lots of character. We couldnt fault the room. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The little touches like fresh milk and drinks in the fridge on arrival. Packed lunch every mornimg of our stay. Ideal location for exploring. The pianist in the restaurant in the evening was lovely.The food was very good.“

„A great place to stay at if you plan to visit Chatsworth or Bakewell area It is like going back in time, but still get to enjoy modern amenities. All staff we encountered with were all super nice and welcoming. The room was amazing and food was superb. “

„Wenig Personal, man kommt sich vor als wäre man fast allein im Hotel. Nur eine Stunde Frühstückszeit ist knapp bemessen (von 8-9 Uhr). Ansonsten war der Empfang sehr höflich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. “
