„Excellent park, very central to everything we needed to see in Ballarat. Only downside (which is quite a big one) the mosquito screens are needing replaced as a result out cabin was filled with mosquitoes. Resulting inis getting so many bites all over our body. Also the floors needed to be cleaned. “

„We found the floor inside dirty in places. The bed hard and uncomfortable. The dog run and the general yard overgrown. Our small pet was snagged three times on the long thorny blackberry stems even though he was on the lead at all times. The grass required mowing.The cottage was well appointed and in a good location close to town.“
