„soso“

„It is a nice hotel for a relaxing family stay. The facilities and amenities are well equipped, and everything is convenient to use. However, the staff members do not seem to be as thoroughly trained as you would expect at a luxury hotel. The service does not feel particularly polished or well standardized, and there seems to be a lack of clear guidelines for how staff should communicate with and respond to guests. Overall, the level of professionalism in guest service could be improved.“

„주방시설 편리“

„Very welcoming staff and the room felt like home. Also, very convenient location to the base, and train and bus station. Will definitely stay here on my next visit.“
