„It was a very good stay. The room was clean, bright and the beds were comfortable. Room service cleaned the room very good and were always nice and fast. Despite the big road near the hotel, it was no problem to sleep or work, since the window was properly isolated.
The AC and the fridge were a bit loud though. The AC had a quiet mode, which worked well during the night, but as soon as the sun rose, the room became hot. There was also no warm water in the beginning. House maintenance fixed it ...

„Im Zimmer hat sich die Klimaanlage nicht regulieren lassen trotz höher eingestellter Temperatur kühlte die Klimaanlage ständig auf 18Grad Celsius mussten diese ausschalten war unerträglich.
Desweiteren dauerte das Einchecken an der Rezeption bis zur Schlüsselausgabe 30 Minuten Personal ist nicht geeignet für diesen Job.“

„Close to sm Fairview mall
Staff are nice, the guards ,kitchen staff, front desk , the helper they are very nice .
The only concern everyday we have full of garbage we want to throw right away so the is room is clean but we have to wait longer time to clean just the thrush bin .
Hope there a big garbage can in every floor that way in case the guest wanted to throw their thrush they can just put outside and that could save the helper.“
