„Management decided that it would be good idea to shut off the hot water well before checkout time so the entire hotel had no hot water or water pressure in the morning to shower, etc. Had issues checking in the front desk claimed i was already checked in which of course i was not, obviously they checked in the wrong person under my reservation. Very sketchy part of town, sirens all night, parking lot did not feel safe.“

„Rooms were clean and housekeeping was done promptly. In terms of safety, for the most part was pretty safe but the side doors were left unlocked (did not need a key card to enter) for most of the day not sure about night. If I was on the ground floor, I would definitely be a little uncomfortable. Overall, a good affordable stay!“
