The space
Casa St. Rose is a newly built Townhome in the City of Balanga inside a quiet neighborhood. It has 2 spacious bedrooms, one bedroom is 20 sqm and another at around 12 sqm. It has 2 bathrooms and a half. We have 2 comfortable couches for guests in excess of 4 and an extra mattress. One bathroom has a, water heater.

Our kitchen is complete with basic cooking amenities like induction stove, rice cooker, microwave, water heater, utensils, plates, wine glasses, shot glasses, etc.

Our space is equipped with a strong internet connection with 5G facilities,
4K TV.

2 CCTVs are installed in the parking area facing the gate and the door, unplugging and disabling the camera will entail charges and penalties.

You can access the space thru keyless entry.
