A spacious 65 m² ground-floor one-bedroom apartment on a quiet lane in central Baku, about a 5-minute walk from Nizami Street and 7–8 minutes from Fountain Square. It has a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed (about 160 × 200 cm), a large living room with a sofa that opens into a sofa bed for one adult, a dining table for four, a kitchen with a gas hob and washing machine, and a bathroom with a rain shower. Sleeps up to 3 adults, with self check-in by key lockbox.

The Space:
The apartment is about 65 m² on the ground floor of an older residential building; there is one small step at the street door.

Bedroom: one queen-size bed (about 160 × 200 cm) and a chest of drawers.
Living room: large sofa that opens into a sofa bed for one adult, coffee table, wall-mounted TV, air conditioning and a wardrobe.
Dining area: table with four chairs and a full-size fridge.
Kitchen: four-burner gas hob, cooker hood, kettle, plates, glasses, pots and pans, and a washing machine. There is no microwave.
Bathroom: rain shower with hand shower, toilet with hygienic shower, washbasin and heated towel rail.

Heating and hot water come from the apartment's own gas boiler. An iron and a hair dryer are provided.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire apartment. The building's street door is open and the apartment door is in the shared ground-floor passage, so no building code is needed. Self check-in is available from 15:00 with a key lockbox, and step-by-step arrival instructions with a map pin are sent before check-in.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is on Molla Vali Vidadi Street, a quiet one-way lane in central Baku (Nasimi district). Nizami Street, Baku's main shopping and walking street, is about a 5-minute walk away and Fountain Square about 7–8 minutes. The Old City (Icherisheher) with the Maiden Tower and the Seaside Boulevard are about 1 km away, roughly 15 minutes on foot. Cafes, restaurants and shops are in the surrounding streets.

Getting Around:
28 May and Sahil metro stations and 28 Mall are about 1 km away (around 12–15 minutes on foot), and Baku Railway Station is about 1.2 km away. Ride-hailing apps such as Bolt are widely used in Baku. Baku Airport is usually around 25–35 minutes away by taxi, depending on traffic.

This is a ground-floor apartment in an older building; there is one small step at the street door. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Smoking, pets, parties, and events are not allowed. Please keep noise low during quiet hours and respect the shared passage. Tell us before arrival if the sofa bed should be prepared.

Subject to availability and written confirmation, early check-in from 13:00 and late check-out until 13:00 are USD 15 each; arrival before 13:00 generally requires booking the previous night. Luggage storage is available for USD 15 in our separate storage room, 08:00–21:00, subject to team confirmation; message us with your drop-off and pick-up times. Bags cannot remain in the apartment outside your booked stay. Airport transfer can be arranged for USD 25 for up to 3 guests or USD 50 for up to 7 guests. Optional services are confirmed only after our team replies through the booking platform.
