„Great place to stay. Good breakfast. Very nice pool & hot tub. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Would stay again.“

„Sehr gutes Hotel, tolles Zimmer W-Lan langsam.“

„Room was very clean and a great view from the balcony, quiet and peaceful. Many items to choose from at breakfast. Staff was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.“

„Wonderful place to stay“

„The room had a bad order. The bed spread had a stain that looked like someone had wiped their bottom on it. The fitted sheet was also stained. To my knowledge, this was my 1st visit in a Ramada. I will not stay at one again, and I will discourage others against staying at one.“

„Room was spotless, Cozy, with nice views of country-side! Pleasant and helpful staff! Breakfast was fantastic with a variety of items and plenty of seating! Also had a nice gym and pool. Outside fire tables. Inside fireplace with a selection of board games to play. Added bonus was the Amish Theater shows. The venue is connected to the Berlin Encore Hotel.“

„We love staying at the Wallhouse. The location is excellent and the staff (a constant ) is super friendly.“

„Zimmer sehr gross und trotz der Nähe zur Autobahn sehr ruhig.“

„Location is great.“

„The staff were wonderful and provided excellent customer service. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Overall, a great experience!“

„Their gym was in a terrible condition, most of the equipment broken. The carpet in the hallway was old and stained. Breakfast was lackluster. The room smelled of old smoke. The internet was abysmal.“

„Our room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. but we did last time. I really think management should use less plastic and foam. Cardboard is a better choice for plates and cups. It's too bad the annex doesn't have its own ice machine.“

„Rooms were nice and clean, staff is all very friendly and the breakfast is excellent. Love the variety for breakfast“

„The staff were friendly and very helpful. Exceptionally clean and comfy. Pool was a great temperature and clean. My only complaint was breakfast was almost all carbs and I'm gluten free eating. My grandkids liked it. Would stay there again.“

„Close to many shops and quaint restaurants. Property was very beautiful and the staff was right on any issues we had.“

„Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel in New Philadelphia. We stayed here as a family and enjoyed the pool and breakfast. The room was in mint condition. Great BBQ restaurant next door and many other dining options nearby.“
