„The place was filthy. cockroach’s. Bugs in fridge. Food particles left on counter and microwave. Bathroom sink not cleaned. No toilet paper, no bedding for pull-out couch, no hand towels, one rag and one dish towel. Glasses and cups were filthy from sitting in the open so long. Table could not be used because any weight causes it to tilt over. Bathroom has nowhere to put you toiletries. „This property is not as it is sold. It is not a townhome. It is an old apartment complex that does not feel welcoming or safe at all. The code to get into the property didn't work and when I tried to reach out to the management company for support they were like robots not responding at all to my concerns and request for support/refund. To this day, their "manager" has yet to return my calls.“

„This was a fantastic space for the two of us, with an ample deck. It was a bit chilly, so we didn't really spend much time out on the patio, and we were only here for a short stay while visiting friends in Glendale. The only thing to be aware of with this property is the windows: they have regular plastic blinds. Great for privacy, but they're not adequate for blocking out sunlight in the mornings. So if you're looking to sleep in at all, your sleep might be disrupted by the morning light ...

„Upon arrival house was dirty, food was in the fridge. You can’t be out at night out side. Homeless people hang out out side property.One time one homeless was laying on the main parking area. „We found this very nice and cozy 1 bedroom accommodated our needs for the 3 days of the CIF Wrestling Championship.
