„The guesthouse was perfectly and central located, especially if you come by train it’s perfect. Rita was very generous and kind and tried to really make our stay easy and comfortable. she was very flexible and always helped us with nice tips and recommendations. The kitchen was clean and had everything you need in an apartment, it was easy to cook on our own. We hab enough space for everybody and really enjoyed our trip!“

„Our stay at this property was excellent from start to finish. The apartment was exactly as described and was in a fantastic location, within easy walking distance of Venice's major attractions as well as a convenient water taxi stop. The owners were exceptional hosts. They took the time to provide a thorough overview of the city, including recommendations for nearby restaurants, popular attractions, and several lesser-known places that made our visit even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was ...

„Overall an amazing place. Great location, view, wonderful owner. Doesn’t have a dryer and is dated but that is part of its charm.“

„Very ni!“

„Great location, easy to walk to all the popular places. Property well equipped … towels, hairdryer, kitchen etc and our host was friendly and very helpful, nothing was not too much trouble. We were 3 adult couples and all enjoyed staying here“

„Es war großartig. Marco - sehr netter Eigentümer, sehr hilfreich. Objekt liegt sehr zentral. Es war sehr schön“

„We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It is comfortable, spacious, and modern with excellent bathroom and shower. The welcome bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Keyless keypad entry made check-in completely hassle-free, a huge plus for us since we arrived on a very late flight long past standard check-in hours. A few minor things to keep in mind, though they didn't take away from our stay at all: clothes storage space is a bit limited, and the place in on the ground floor facing the ...

„The apartment was beautiful, the location was fantastic, and the service and communication was outstanding. If I could rate this a 7 out of 5 stars, I would. Our family really appreciated all the fantastic service provided, and for helping to make our Venice trip a wonderful experience.“

„Our Family happily stayed at this residence for nearly a week. It was great to have a location that was away from the daunting crowds on the main island, but also in close proximity a number of nice restaurants, cafes, art galleries and more. The house was very comfortable for our whole family and the large, enclosed grassy backyard was truly lovely. “

„Alles perfekt, in perfekter Lage ( Cannaregio)!“

„The lodgings were very good. The kitchen was efficient and the fridge and freezer worked very well. The area was convenient to groceries and to gaining access to all tourist areas. Our host was very responsive when contacted. We were directed to s fabulous restaurant and enjoyed our dinners very much.“

„Clean and comfortable place, very very close to St Marks square!!“

„Awesome property. Maria is so sweet - Met us to find the apartment and stayed in touch with us suggesting places to see and good restaurants. Her attention to detail in the apartment is fantastic. Certainly a highlight of our trip. Highly recommend!“
