It is in a quiet area, and other than the construction across the road and occasional children screaming in the neighbourhood it was very quiet. „Location was close enough to walk to Ortigia. Be aware that this flat is on 4th(5th) floor and no elevator. AC in two rooms only. We were there late August and temperature in the rest house was about 85F(29-30C). Dedicated parking at the back of the building.“
