„Terrible customer service, and very unfair business owner. I booked room with breakfast, free wi-fi, tea or coffee, etc. On website there was lovely description and pictures of the room and everything they provide. Unfortunately, i have not received anythings from that offer. I did have a room with bathroom, and tha was all i received.
