From the fact that checkin was until 4pm, to the AC not working i itialky and the room was above 80° F + , to dirty linens on the bed to a broken sofa bed and on top of things having to knock on the door of a fwllow guest to get aome sort of communication with the Sonder team. Ive been a Bonvoy member and will now stay clear of the Sonder properties. Really bad experience overall. I am not one of these complainers on review but I had to rate it ...
