„The experience was nothing short of disappointing. 1) Waiting for the response from the owner (> 48hrs) for confirmation 2)site misrepresenting booking (Townhouse listed but only room IN townhouse actually the booking. 3) Owner/manager unable to read my email (only spoke Italian) 4) vrbo didn't have entry code or direct contact 5) Found out 2hrs before arriving to apartment that it had been cancelled by owner because she couldn't read email and neither owner or vrbo contacted me, leaving me ...

„Giacomo was a most gracious host! He went above an beyond to help make our stay in Rome wonderful. He gave us restaurant tips, bus routes and even reserved a cab for our trip back to the airport. Giacomo’s Mid House apartment is simply charming! It is not only well appointed ( which included a bottle of wine and cappuccino) it was immaculate upon arrival. „Area is close to bus and train stops. Air conditioned but not cool enough to keep us comfortable. Clean and well supplied. Somehow mosquitos managed to get our apartment. We only got bitten inside but never when touring the city! Has a washer but you need to bring your own detergent. Has 3 beds, but one is a sofa bed in the living area. Kitchen area is small. Suitable for 6 people. Owner is very easy to deal with and is reachable.“

„Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut. Sicheres Viertel mit Cafes und Restaurants in der Nähe. Leider an drei Nächten in Folge im direkt angrenzenden Park laute Musik bis halb drei morgens. Die Balkonmöbel haben schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Ansonsten sehr schöner großer Balkon. Metro fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar.“
