„Water in bathroom had to call in no plumber for two days no according to representative . Limited supply of towels. 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 days. After plumber came problem still persisted. Your feet get wet when go to toilet. Welcome kit not complete. Communication between representative was not up to par. Basically had to beg to get cleaning lady in.“

„We had a really great stay at Danilo's apartment. We are a family of five, including three kids (two teenagers and an 11-year-old). There were three bedrooms, one of which seemed to be a kind of living room with a pull out bed that my son said was very comfortable. Because there are essentially two large living rooms in the apartment, we still had a place to hang out together, watch a movie (Gladiator!, which was on SkyTv). Very large balcony which was nice.
