„Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, aber zwei der Schlafzimmer gehen zu einer sehr lauten grösseren Straße hin. Mit offenem Fenster kann man nicht schlafen. Eines der Bäder roch extrem nach Kanal. Die Betten sind bequem und auf Rückfragen hat die Agentur sehr freundlich reagiert.“

„Great location, close to many venues, markets and restaurants. However we have 3 major concerns. 1- we were very disappointed with the fact that there was no terrasse. We had picked this place because among other things the terrasse, to be outside to relax. The pictures of the terrasse in the listing are unfortunately inaccurate, there is no longer a staircase to the terrasse. Had we known we would have booked elsewhere as this was our number one criteria. 2- Our second point of dissatisfaction ...

Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist ein Zimmer im Keller ohne Tageslicht, was über die Annonce bei fewo-direkt.de so weder beschrieben wird, noch über die hübschen Fotos erkennbar ist! Ein Entlüfter hielt die Feuchtigkeit in dem Kellerschlafzimmer bei 52%. Ohne den Entlüfter war es zwar leise genug zum Schlafen, die Feuchtigkeit lag dann aber bei 82%!
