„The room was super clean and the location is nice. The building is very old, tight stairs, no lift, but this is what you shall expect in Cinque Terre overall. The staff was not helpful, as they shared the instructions on whatsapp and didnt answer our calls upon check in. The parking at Riomaggiore is an issue, we had to wait 2 hours in the queu for an empty spot. If you are visiting with your car, consider staying in a calmer area.“

„We didn’t get instructions on how to check in until couple hours before. Maybe 1-3 hours before. So if you don’t have service you’re screwed. Walls dirty. Shutter was broken. Shower room super small. Used lotion bottle left in room. Water faucet for shower hot side gets super hot to the touch and can burn your skin if you bump it in the shower.“
