„This property is in a great location, just steps off of Piazza Firenze. Lots of good restaurants and shopping nearby with ready access to transportation. Host was responsive to messages and easy to work with. "Fuer den Preis von 100,12 EUR inkl. 20 EUR Mailandtax für 2 Erw. und 2 Kinder sehr gut, deshalb die 5 Sterne. Vor allem auch für das enthaltene sehr gute Frühstück und den kostenlosen Shuttlebus zur Metro. Ein paar kleine lockere Schrauben haben uns nicht weiter gestört. Fuer 10 EUR haben wir auch einen bewachten Parkplatz zugebucht."

"The accommodation was really great! The rooms were clean, spacious, and air-conditioned, with plenty of space. Towels and soap were also provided. For the price, the accommodation offers a lot. There are vending machines with snacks and water at cheaper prices than you would usually find at kiosks outside. There is also a gym, a room where you can watch movies and play PlayStation, and another room with table football and a ping-pong table. Everything was very well equipped and air-conditioned. There is also a laundry room with washing machines and dryers. You can simply wash your clothes without bringing your own detergent, and there are also facilities for ironing afterwards. The location is very convenient as well. There is a supermarket and several cafés nearby, and the metro station is easy to reach. On Sunday, there was even a flea market in the parking area near the metro station, which was a nice surprise. The accommodation also has a large and secure parking garage, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and got great value for the price. I would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend it!"

"The hotel is modern and has everything you need. From the little details in the rooms to the spa on-site, it’s amazing to relax in the cool pool during the summer heat. Breakfast menu is rich and has everything from somosa to caviar! Of course, this hotel wouldn’t be possible without the staff, and I can’t stop saying thank you for everything you did for us! We arrived before the check in time due to early flight but guys were happy to accommodate us, organised late breakfast and we were fully recovered and ready for the day after the overnight flight! There was some issue with the AC due to extreme heat but they also were able to solve this issue by putting us in a different room. I trully believe that this hotel deserves to be on the same list if not better than some of big chain names! You are the best and will definitely stay at this place next time!"

"The place was beautiful and had amazing amenities.Excellent service from Clara at the front desk, very thoughtful, professional and above all make you feel welcome . Service during breakfast was also impeccable although I must say the variety of breakfast was not the best as it was the same everyday. Overall would recommend it."
