„The property was in a lovely, quiet location in the historic centre of Ferrara. We enjoyed a comfortable, quiet stay. The only hitch was that we had not realised that the single bedroom is about four small flights of stairs down from the rest of the house. Both my husband and I require a toilet on the same floor as a bedroom. We also sleep in separate bedrooms. This was resolved by using the sofa bed. Très bonne localisation en plein centre historique, à 10 minutes à pied de la cathédrale. Dans la zone à trafic limité : si vous venez en voiture, vous aurez un permis pour déposer puis repretvos bagages, mais il faudra vous faufiler dans les ruelles et le stationnement sera plus loin. „Ottima posizione tutti i luoghi di interesse sono raggiungibili a piedi. La casa però l’abbiamo trovata molto sporca, soprattutto la cucina e le stoviglie addirittura unte di grasso. Segnalato alla struttura, ma siccome avevamo provveduto noi alla pulizia della stessa non ci hanno effettuato nessun rimborso ( spese pagate per la pulizia €50)“

"Eine schwierige Geschichte. Die Lage der Unterkunft im Verhältnis zur Altstadt von Ferrara ist perfekt. 3m Decken, altes Haus, Holzdecken daher doch sehr hellhörig. Was aber wenn eine Familiensuite mit getrennten Schlafraum und voller Küche gebucht wird, man aber eine Juniorsuite bekommt. Die deutlich kleiner, keine voll bestückte Küche hat, kein Kochgeschirr Teller und ähnliches.. und auch keinen Esstisch. Darauf angesprochen wird patzig reagiert ... man könne ja stornieren, das wäre kostenfrei möglich ... Super. Daher tatsächlich die Abwertung der Unterkunft. Parken geht theoretisch an der Straße, auch kostenfrei ... Nur müsste dazu auch mal etwas frei sein. War dann aber in weiterer Entfernung... On unserem Fall 20 Gehminuten möglich ... Nicht schlimm, muss man aber einkalkulieren."
