„An den Wänden im Schlafzimmer neben den Fenstern Schimmel, an den Wänden das Blut zerdrückter Insekten, Duscharmatur teilweise kaputt, die Küche war schön und es war sehr ruhig in der Wohnung und sie ist zentral gelegen und gut zu finden.“

„Das Zimmer war im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung und bei dem Preis muss man die Erwartungen ein wenig runterschrauben. Nichtsdestotrotz sollte die Sauberkeit nicht vernachlässigt werden. Wir hatten das Problem, dass im Badezimmer überall tote Mücken rumlagen. Nachdem wir die Rezeption darüber in Kenntnis gesetzt haben, kam jemand vorbei und sprühte im ganzen Zimmer mit Insektenspray rum. Die toten Mücken aber wurden nicht beseitigt. Das war der einzige negative Punkt. Ansonsten ist im Zimmer alles ...

„This property is in a great location, really quiet yet just walking distance from the lively ports of Venice. Plenty of dining options around. The only issue is that there is no elevators and we stayed on the 3rd floor (4th floor for Americans) so if you are going to stay here pack lightly!“

Everything is as advertised, the condition is ‘as new’, the location is ideal (quiet neighborhood, 100 yards to a good grocery store, 300 yards to the nearest bunch of restaurants and 8 mins to Piazza San Marco). We were picked up at the water bus stop by a very friendly and helpful representative, who walked with us to the apartment (5 min walk) and provided us with valuable information and tips. We had a fantastic weekend stay here! Highly recommended!!!“
