„Comfortabele woning van alle gemakken voorzien op 15 min loopafstand van het centrum. Ook dichtbij start roltrap naar centrum. Geen locatie voor mensen die niet goed ter been zijn. Parkeren op openbare weg vlakbij appartement is meestal goed mogelijk met aanwijzing gastvrouw. Aardige gastvrouw die snel communiceert.“

„We were in Perugia for a family wedding. The location of this property was within walking distance of the shopping and dining locations. The home was fully equipped and beautifully furnished. The property's owner/family was very helpful with navigating the town and whenever we had a question or concern they answered their phone and provided assistance. I would highly recommend staying at this location “

„This was by far the best vacation rental we had in Italy in the last several years. Beds are amazing! Hotel quality plus sheets were crisp and clean (and ironed!). Location was great for waking into the old city of Perugia or driving to Gubbio, Assisi or one of the many mountain wine towns nearby. Our host Giuseppe was responsive and attentive. I would definitely recommend this spot.“
