„Extraordinary lodging in an upscale two-bedroom apartment owned by an upperclass family. Complete with an enormous library of books reflecting an English literature professor and his brother(?) a judge.Very classy!Of course you do have to climb six flights of stairs, but so what? I did it twice a day, and I’m eighty five!“

„Giuseppe was a great host and met us at the apartment upon arrival to show us around. The apartment still feels like it has been recently updated. Both bathrooms have modern amenities. Master bedroom is large and bed is very comfortable. I believe he mentioned just replacing the mattress. Short walk into Perugia center city but uphill as you would expect it a hill town. We used this as a home base for travel to other Umbrian towns. We actually went into Tuscany which is only an hour away by car. ...

„Couldn’t tell you. Very unprofessional and unresponsive staff wouldn’t get back to me on the address or check in. I asked multiple times on the day of check in without a response. I arrived in Perugia and had to find other accommodation at the last minute. No one local or at vrbo has yet responded. I should get a full refund for this and my troubles but am not counting on it.“

„We stayed here for 4 nights to visit our daughter who is studying abroad for the semester in Perugia. The location was perfect! The views could not be beat! Stunning!! The space was a little quirky, with the only bathroom being off the back bedroom. Beds were very comfortable and overall the space was very spacious for 4 of us. “

„Struttura situata in posizione centrale, infissi un po' datati ma arredamenti nuovi e ben messi. Qualche pecca minore (mancava la carta igienica, un bidet era staccato dal pavimento) ma la principale è relativa alle condizioni del giardino, con l'erba alta più di mezzo metro“
