„The morning of our stay (May 27), which I had booked and paid for on January 24, I realized I had not received check in procedures. When i messaged the host he/she messaged back that the apartment was booked that night and they didn’t know why I was allowed to book it. They did refund my purchase, but we were left scrambling for accommodations that night and it was pretty stressful.“

„Lovely apartment in the heart of Lucca. In historical town there is no elevators in houses so be prepared to climb few steps to reach the flat. However, it's something what anyone with healthy legs and back can do. Instructions to get inside the building were clear and simple. There is a fans on the bedroom roof . Apartment itself is nice, clean and recently furnished. If someone is afraid about noice coming inside from out, I would say it's nothing extraordinary comparing to similar cities ...

„Our stay was such a beautiful experience, especially because of Paolo's flexibility and helpfulness. The appartment itself was pleasant for us. It had a nice bedroom as well as a nice bathroom and the kitchen was easy to use as well, although a gas stove was a new experience for us. Another great aspect was, that the appartment is located directly in the centre of lucca, in one of those beautiful italian streets. It is also easy to go on several day trips from there via train, due to the station ...

„Apartment was clean and the owner was very responsive. She helped us by providing some recommendations on good places for morning cappuccinos and pastry as well as meals. The apartment was on the first floor (2nd floor for those in the States). There was a lift but the stairs were very easy to navigate. Convenient access to the Termini train station. “
