„Wir waren zu zweit im September 2014 im H Rooms Hotel Neapel. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel hat zwar nur neun Zimmer, dafür ist jedes sehr individuell ausgestattet, modern und wirklich sauber. Frühstück wird zwischen 08:00 - 10:00 Uhr auf das Zimmer gebracht, dies war ausreichend und liebevoll zubereitet. Der Besitzer des Hotels ist äußerst freundlich und gibt einem jederzeit Ratschläge. Er berät einen auch gerne, wenn man Tagestouren nach Pompei oder zum Vesuv planen ...

„I absolutely do not recommend the place. I booked it as a hotel room which ended up to be a air B&B. This is Expedia’s fault which list this place as a hotel. The outside, hallways and surround the room area was extremely dirty and unbelievable. Inside the room was just ok. Beside the whole family had just 1 key and card which could not get to the facility and room. There was no customer service. Towels and bathroom smelled like a mold. The breakfast was like going to outside and the other side ...

„Ich hatte ein Luxuszimmer mit Meerblick gebucht. Stattdessen bekam ich ein kleines dunkles Zimmer mit einer Restaurantküche als direktem Gegenüber. Wahrscheinlich wurde darauf gehofft, dass wir nichts sagen. Denn erst auf Nachfrage wurde mir gesagt, dass es genau am Tag vorher einen Schaden in dem von uns gebuchten Zimmer gegeben hätte. Auf die Terrasse angesprochen, wurde uns gesagt, dass sie gerade jetzt nicht zugänglich sei. Keines der Photos auf Expedia entsprach der Wirklichkeit. Vor Ort ...
