„The property was beautiful! The road to the villa was a dirt road and with all of the rain was not in very good shape. I'm glad we were driving an SUV as another car may have bottomed out on the drive to the villa. The property manager was very responsive to any issues. The location was only minutes from Montepulciano. “

„We had a great stay and hope to be able to come again. The landlord was very responsive and forthcoming. Only detail: mosquito nets in bedrooms should be installed/replaced. Also, each bedroom should have a fan.“

„Such a quaint home, clean, quiet and beautiful. Close to the center of the very small town of Montepulciano. The host is very sweet and even cooked a cake to welcome us to their home. The view of the valley from the home is simply breathtaking.“

„Two friends - ages 70+ - decided to escape to Tuscany. Villa Nobile was the destination. Everything about it was magical, especially the grounds and astounding views. We savored every moment. The only slight disappointment was that walking to Montepulciano was very challenging on narrow, dusty roads. Fortunately, we had a car that eased our journey. A wonderful home, well located with access to so many Tuscan towns. We highly recommend it.“

„The grounds and views from the property are spectacular. There was plenty of room and privacy when needed tor 9 adults, 2 children and an infant. It is on a working farm so nearby there are goats, chickens, a rooster, bee hives, and fresh eggs. The plum orchard was in bloom and the olive groves are wonderful.there were several friendly cats roaming the property which kept the grandaughters engaged. „Vacanza magica con accesso privilegiato a tutte le meraviglie della Val di Chiana e della Val D’Orcia. Clima stupendo e ventilato nonostante un agosto torrido in gran parte d’Italia. Proprietaria gentilissima e super disponibile, casetta davvero graziosa e ben tenuta (segnalo però entrambi i bagni ciechi senza bidet) con la piscina che ci ha ristorato al rientro dalle stupende gite. „We were in Italy for a family trip. The villa was perfect, everyone had their own bedroom, the kitchen was great and all of the appliances were modern and met our needs. The pool was fantastic, and the view from the pool deck was unbeatable. We did have some trouble getting the air conditioning to work, but that was because it was the first time in the season it had to be turned on. The hostess was very responsive accommodating.“

„Ein wirklich sehr angenehmes, schönes Haus. Einzig, dass neben Strompauschale von 220,- € noch zusätzlich 65,- € vor Ort zu zahlen sind, erscheint unverhältnismäßig. Haben Geschirrspüler vielleicht 3 mal benutzt. Eine Klimaanlage ist nicht im Haus und Licht wurde lediglich kurz vor dem Schlafengehen im Bad benutzt. Sonst kein Stromverbrauch. Dafür insgesamt fast 300,- € erscheint doch reichlich überzogen. Toilettenpapier muss man sich übrigens selbst besorgen! Pool und Garten sind sehr schön!“

„Adult family of 8 exploring the small towns near Montepulciano. The property has spectacular views and is very well equipped with all the necessary amenities. The photos do not really do the property justice. Glad we had two rental cars as the walk to Montepulciano would be challenging even for the average fit person. I highly recommend this property and can’t thank Adam enough for all of his prompt responses to my requests.“

„Great little bed and breakfast feel, with a lovely view from the terrace. The breakfast voucher is for a great little cafe right nearby and we really enjoyed that added touch. We had the 'green' room and didn't really need the 2nd space with the 2 smaller beds, but it was nice to have so much space, including the kitchen and sitting areas. Very clear instructions on how to find them, especially parking! The video was very helpful “

„Zentral gelegene Osteria mit vier Gästezimmern. Der Fokus liegt auf der Osteria und dem sehr guten Essen, das auf der herrlichen Terrasse serviert wird (unbedingt vorher reservieren). Suite ist sehr geräumig, hübsch dekoriert, aber etwas angestaubt. Der Ausblick über die Landschaft ist toll. Es gibt eine Küche mit großem Kühlschrank, aber leider keinen Safe. Das Bett ist sehr weich und quitscht. Das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch ok. Leider gibt es nur eine Wanne ohne Duschvorhang, ...

"Es war von Anfang an alles perfekt. Das gesamte Personal samt Chef waren sehr freundlich und immer gut gelaunt. Wir haben hp gebraucht und waren mit den Mahlzeiten mehr als zufrieden. Das Abendessen wurde als vier Gängige Menü serviert und war sehr lecker. Am Morgen gab es überwiegend süßes Frühstück mit verschiedenem Obst. Auch an der Sauberkeit haben wir nichts zu bemängeln, alles Top👍Die Gegend rund um Montepulciano hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank noch einmal für alles."

"The hotel was located within the old town of Montepulciano with many cafes, restaurants and wineries close by. The self check-in instructions was communicated the day before by WhatsApp and went flawless. The view from our room was the highlight of our stay with views on the old town and the landscape of Tuscany. "

"Tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Wir mieteten ein Zimmer für 3 Nächte inklusive Abendessen. Zum Abendessen wurden ausschließlich italienische Gerichte im Umfang von 5 Gängen serviert. Sehr lecker und elegant! Das Hotel liegt im Stadtzentrum und verfügt über einen guten großen Parkplatz. In der Nähe von Geschäften und Restaurants. Unweit des Hotels befindet sich ein Olivenpark. Das Hotel verfügt über ein Spa und eine eigene Mineralquelle. Wenn wir uns entscheiden, erneut in die Toskana zu reisen, werden wir nicht darüber nachdenken, in welchem Hotel wir übernachten werden."
