„Aside from a heating hiccup upon arrival, this house was exactly as described. Erika was super communicative leading up to and during our stay. When the heat wasn't working, she was able to send a local person over to help right away. The only reason why we wouldn't rate this a 5 star is because it took a few hours to resolve and cost us one of our evenings to explore the town.The house is great for an old classic Tuscany feel.
