„An excellent experience! Property is at the bottom of town, close to restaurants and grocery store. Villa was very clean and well stocked and had a beautiful view. Beds were firm but comfortable. Free Parking was a few streets away downhill. A perfect place to stay in Montepulciano. “

„First, the property was outstandingly well decorated and impeccable in appearance. It was a wonderfull place to stay. It was 5 star in every sense as far as aesthetics. However we sent a message over two weeks before arrival with questions about basics logistics, particularly parking. Literally no response at all. Not even a response to say “all that will be covered a day or so before your stay.” They did eventually send a very thorough email with videos about arrival procedures the day ...

„Any problems were rectified easily. Montepulicano is a special place & our 4 weeks at Il Sasso Italiano language school was excellent. Despite being a hill top town. We soon got used to walking vertically. The apartment was at the foot of the town & just right for parking. The 2 bedrooms provided plenty of room. We used the kitchen extensively. „We sent an email to VRBO regarding this discusting property. The bed sheet was horrible stained and had not been changed in weeks maybe months, there was no top sheet and the comforter stank terribly. The host suggested that we should leave and we did after the first night. Later in a call with VRBO he denied knowing that we had left even though he suggested it and his lackey - Susie - watched us pack and leave. This was a horrible experience. „Great little bed and breakfast feel, with a lovely view from the terrace. The breakfast voucher is for a great little cafe right nearby and we really enjoyed that added touch. We had the 'green' room and didn't really need the 2nd space with the 2 smaller beds, but it was nice to have so much space, including the kitchen and sitting areas. Very clear instructions on how to find them, especially parking! The video was very helpful “

„Zentral gelegene Osteria mit vier Gästezimmern. Der Fokus liegt auf der Osteria und dem sehr guten Essen, das auf der herrlichen Terrasse serviert wird (unbedingt vorher reservieren). Suite ist sehr geräumig, hübsch dekoriert, aber etwas angestaubt. Der Ausblick über die Landschaft ist toll. Es gibt eine Küche mit großem Kühlschrank, aber leider keinen Safe. "Es war von Anfang an alles perfekt. Das gesamte Personal samt Chef waren sehr freundlich und immer gut gelaunt. Wir haben hp gebraucht und waren mit den Mahlzeiten mehr als zufrieden. Das Abendessen wurde als vier Gängige Menü serviert und war sehr lecker. Am Morgen gab es überwiegend süßes Frühstück mit verschiedenem Obst. Auch an der Sauberkeit haben wir nichts zu bemängeln, alles Top👍Die Gegend rund um Montepulciano hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank noch einmal für alles."

"Tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Wir mieteten ein Zimmer für 3 Nächte inklusive Abendessen. Zum Abendessen wurden ausschließlich italienische Gerichte im Umfang von 5 Gängen serviert. Sehr lecker und elegant! Das Hotel liegt im Stadtzentrum und verfügt über einen guten großen Parkplatz. In der Nähe von Geschäften und Restaurants. Unweit des Hotels befindet sich ein Olivenpark. Das Hotel verfügt über ein Spa und eine eigene Mineralquelle. Wenn wir uns entscheiden, erneut in die Toskana zu reisen, werden wir nicht darüber nachdenken, in welchem Hotel wir übernachten werden."
