„Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral in der Altstadt und nahe am Meer. Die Ausstattung ist auf das allernotwendigste beschränkt. Es fehlen Haken für Handtücher in WC und Bad, Wäschleine am Balkon. In der Küche gab es keine Handtücher. Die Wohnung wirkt leer und ungemütlich. Die Dachterrasse ist attraktiv, die Schattenabdeckung hat dem Herbststurm nicht standgehalten. Die steilen Treppen sind eine Herausforderung, die dank der Geländer gelingt.“

Nachteilig ist, dass es zwar eine Klimaanlage gibt, aber nur zwei kleine Fenster zum elektronischen Öffnen für Frischluft. Bei offenen Fenstern kann es von der Straße her ganz schön laut werden.
