„They said that we couldn’t stay at the loft because of a leak from another apartment, and they found another apartment for us. This new apartment was dirty with smell of cigarette. And a completely different neighborhood (both Milan). We had no choice because during Salone del mobile. Still waiting for a partial refund since the cost is not acceptable for what we experienced.“

The check-in is done by email.The second room is the basement: Is this considered to be a room??The bed size is incorrectly marketed. They are not King size beds.The outdoor patio is dirty and not aesthetically maintained.The place has a damp smell.“
