„This is quite a good place to stay. Seems reasonably safe an area. Very convenient if you have work or a meeting at the Polytechnic. Also two good rail stations nearby and places to eat. „Location has pluses and minuses. About 25 min walk to centre was great, close enough but also far enough. There was a large supermarket about 5min walk away, bus stop just outside the flat, tram closeby. Massive minus - seems like a party area so do not recommend on Friday or Saturday. It was loud till about 5am with people shouting, banging on things, fighting. Not possible to sleep. All in all I uld recommend bit not for the weekend.“
