„Nice place, very spacious and clean. Local transportation all very close.Central Milan station 8min taxi ride, less than 20min walk.My only suggestion is to make potential rentors aware that check-in process can be a bit complicated. I expect elderly couple may have difficult time going to open key box and understand all the steps needed.Video instructions on how to check-in is exceptional, but again not going to be the same for everyone. „Host cancelled the booking 3h before check-in because of a hot water issue. Was able to convince them to allow us to check-in anyways because we had no where else to go and travelling with a 10mo old baby. They were not able to fix the hot water the next day and we had to find alternate accommodations last minute. It doesn't look like they even tried to fix the hot water issue.
