The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything was spotless, stocked with plenty of towels and bathroom supplies. Both the room and the street were very peaceful, so we couldn’t hear any noise from neighbors or traffic, allowing us to enjoy a restful sleep and complete relaxation. „Staff is good and location is great. The need for improvement should be in amenities and infrastructure, ie breakfast, towels, soap, tissues and ventilation. Overall it is more a boutique hotel and shouldn’t be advertise as a five star establishment.“

„The actual hotel was 5 stars. Wonderful and great location. But the communication was really poor - 2 stars. When you had been travelling all morning and arrive stranded on the road trying to get in. It is not ideal. The pre arrival communication needs to be better. Send one email for one booking and ask for everything to be completed so have codes before arriving.“
