„Wir könnten nach einigen Telefonaten und Nachfragen an Italiener, endlich das "Hotel" nur Schild an der Wand ausfindig machen. Check in war auf halber Treppe, Hostel ist besser:( Angeblicher Parkplatz... haha, öffentlich 1,2 km entfernt. Ich Zimmer verläuft der Abwasserkasten, welcher ständig pumpt wenn man im Bad etwas betätigt:( Frühstück gibt es in 250m entfernten Kaffee.... Finden wir nicht in Ordnung!!! Unser Eindruck insgesamt... Einmal und nie wieder, wir waren enttäuscht. Achja, ...

The Cleaning Lady, Elizabeth, was amazing with her assistance during our stay; showing how to open front door without having the scale stairs, offered extra key, AC & lighting assistance “

„This is a 1 star hostel . The biggest problem is that the pictures don’t represent the property AT ALL. They are deceiving and untrue. There are no breakfast baskets orange juice, bright renovated bedrooms . This is a 2 star property with clean but very simple facilities, bedding , walls were old and stained , place was dark . It’s no a hotel and it seems , it’s a few scared rooms in a building , there was no sign to no what floor we were supposed to go to no one at the reception , we had to ...

„The host changed check in times and doesnt communicate well. You have to reach out to them for check in instructions and beg for the details. Further, the AC in the room doesnt work, just blows hot air and the host doesnt care when notified. The place itself is OK but there are homeless people right outside front door. “

„Antonio is a very nice host, he was very supporting. The location is excellent, we parked the car outside the old town and walked 10 minutes with our baggage easily to the apartment close to the duomo ( it has a terrace with a view of the dome!!!). “
