„Wir könnten nach einigen Telefonaten und Nachfragen an Italiener, endlich das "Hotel" nur Schild an der Wand ausfindig machen. Check in war auf halber Treppe, Hostel ist besser:( Angeblicher Parkplatz... haha, öffentlich 1,2 km entfernt. Ich Zimmer verläuft der Abwasserkasten, welcher ständig pumpt wenn man im Bad etwas betätigt:( Frühstück gibt es in 250m entfernten Kaffee.... Finden wir nicht in Ordnung!!! Unser Eindruck insgesamt... Einmal und nie wieder, wir waren enttäuscht. Achja, ...

„This a more like upscale hostel in an office building. Communication is via WhatsApp - checkin is rather complicated as they referred to a yellow room which we couldn’t find and it turned out they meant Room 1. Keys are stored in security box which was a bit outdated. We booked full breakfast but never were served breakfast. Please be aware there is constant noise until 2-3 am in the morning even if you close windows. The only advantage is that it is walking distance from the old city centre.“

„The room was large, but not functional. Te 'double bed' was basically two single mattresses held together by a thick string. The bathroom had almost no light, and the shower took a while to heat up. The supposed breakfast does not exist. They give a Mcdonald voucher for one drink and one solid to be used in the nearby Mcdonald. It was winter and we could not turn on the radiators. I reached out to the receptionist (there is no fixed reception) and I was told someone would fix things. No one ...

„The staff went over the top. Reception Guy, Moreno, met us even tho we were hours late & provided excellent recommendations. The Cleaning Lady, Elizabeth, was amazing with her assistance during our stay; showing how to open front door without having the scale stairs, offered extra key, AC & lighting assistance “

„Antonio is a very nice host, he was very supporting. The location is excellent, we parked the car outside the old town and walked 10 minutes with our baggage easily to the apartment close to the duomo ( it has a terrace with a view of the dome!!!). “
