„The location was extremely convenient to train station to get to Cinque Terre which was the reason for our visit. Large shower with excellent water pressure. We were a group of 4 adults and 1 child and sleeping accommodations were perfect. I will mention there is no living room space, there's an eat in kitchen with TV. It was perfect for our short stay but some may find it a challenge. The neighborhood itself was not our favorite but like I mentioned before we were there for cinque terre. ...

„Five star accommodations! Everything was amazing. Great location, easy walk to central area, including train station and recommend local restaurant was fantasic. Easy parking for private/rental car. The amenities are top of line. Overall modern layout with luxury everywhere. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. A must stay in La Spezia.“

„Clemente ist ein toller Gastgeber der, wenn auch nicht persönlich vor Ort, immer erreichbar und supernett ist und für jede Frage offen ist. Die Lage des Appartments ist super für Ausflüge nach Cinque Terre, Carrara, Pisa etc. Auch das Umfeld ist total ruhig direkt am Jachthafen. Parken ist auch genial nur ca. 200 Meter vom Appartment in einem Parkhaus und das kostenfrei!!.Alles in Allem nur zu Empfehlen“

„Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Ein wahrer Geheimtipp! Sie ist vollständig renoviert und besonders die Küche fällt durch die ungewöhnlich detailliert durchdachte Ausstattung auf, mit allem was man zum kochen braucht. Der Gastgeber ist wirklich nett und hat uns sehr gastfreundlich und dabei nicht aufdringlich aufgenommen. Wirklich zu empfehlen! Jederzeit wieder!“

„First the Apartment was great. The guy assigned to help us with check in and any other problems was nonexistent!! Tells us the best way to arrive is by train but dosen't tell us a train station to get off at. Get there in the rain and spend 5 minutes trying to open the gate. His instructions on how to get into the place were only half correct. Then we went to leave and cant get the gate to open. Response by host is I gave you a fob that got you in not my problem! 3 hours locked in before we ...

„A great apartment in the city center, just a few steps from restaurants, shops, museums, market and night life. The apartment has separate bathrooms for both bedrooms. The sitting area was very nice and the kitchen well equipped for a long stay, except for the oven. The square downstairs can be a bit loud at night, so be prepared not to go to bed at least till midnight.“
