"Sehr großes Hotel, gut gelegen in der Innenstadt. Angeschlossen ist ein großes Casino, ich war aber nicht drin. Viele italienische Gäste, sie sind nicht zu überhören. Das Zimmer war super ruhig. Es war sauber und genug Platz. Matratzen haben auch gepasst. Ein Wasserkocher kann angefordert werden. Das Frühstück hat mich nicht so überzeugt, vor allem nicht der fensterlose Raum. Veganern haben es hier schwer. Wellnesseinrichtungen hätten extra gekostet, ich habe darauf verzichtet. Auch einen Bademantel habe ich vermisst. Etwas schwach für vier Sterne Superior. Besonderen Dank an den deutsch sprechenden Herrn an der Rezeption. Ich kann das Hotel insgesamt empfehlen."

"Check-in via phone - a bid complicated . The room was more than very basic. Separate bathroom on the other side of the corridor, past the entrance to the common room. The worst first: mold infestation - in the bathroom and in the bedroom. Room had no desk to work from. Only three clothes hangers in the closet, theoretically enough for two people—and no hooks for hanging clothes properly. Only one plug on one side, which has to be used either for the night light or the charger. On the other side of the bed, there's neither one nor the other. The walls in the bedroom are dirty, in addition to being moldy. Be sure to bring an adapter, as the few Italian plugs in the room are too narrow to accommodate a laptop charger."

"We were with a dog and nobody had any issue with that. Everyone was very welcoming and open. Everything was perfect! We even got a welcome drink although we arrived late. The room was spectacular! The only small comment is about the breakfast. Although it was absolutely fine and enough in quantity and quality, we would have welcomed some more choices."
