„Der Empfang am Anreisetag war freundlich. Die Ausstattung unseres Zimmers im 2. OG war gehoben und in sehr gutem Zustand. Den großen Whirlpool im Bad haben wir nicht zum Baden nur zum Duschen (wunderbare Regendusche) benutzt, da das Wasser nie komplett ablief und immer ein Rest in der Wanne stand - das schien uns hygienisch nicht ganz einwandfrei. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt; die Nähe zum Dom und vielen anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten haben wir sehr genossen. Die Zimmer sind ruhig; die ...

„Sehr gut“

„It was great spot, nice clean and very comfortable units. However booing it though Expedia was a disaster, no phone number or any other arrangement made and we arrived at the property hoping to have someone help us checking in. Eventually a shop next to the appointment contacted the property management and she kindly came again and provided us with all details. Every thing else after was fantastic.“

„Apartment was big but the AC was not enough to cool the entire appt. Temperature was very hot in the bedroom, it was only acceptable in the living room. Also properly pictures shows it had a washer in the bathroom and that was not the case. That was really disappointing because we reserved this place because of that.“

„Everything was great and host was really friendly and gave great suggestions. The property is also very central and really lovely. The only negative was that the aircons were not strong enough to cool the room so the house was bit warm.“

„Love the area. It’s in the City Center. Walkable on most of the tourist spots and I love it that it’s walking distance to Duomo. The only complaint I have is the check in process. We got in the apartment and I still didn’t get an email how to get the keys. We need to call them to help us how to access the keys. And also they only provided 1 set of keys considering 5 people staying on the apartment. I requested extra keys before our check in but wasn’t accommodated. 1 more complaint ...

„This place needs some improvement. There is no physical check-in. Everything is done virtual and the link they shared with me didn’t work at first. You need WiFi to open the doors the first time. Also the keys get jammed and it’s hard to open them. There is no elevator in the building and the room is in the 4th floor. The rooms were dirty and the bathroom had mold. The whole apartment smells like humidity when you walk in. There was only one small mirror (bathroom mirror) in the whole apartment. ...

„Location was great!“

„Great location and delivered what was promised on website. Basic, simple apartment. Not a normal room but also not way overpriced liked many in area. We are over 6 ft tall so had to watch our heads in several places but no problem if shorter. Italy was over 100F that week and unfortunately apartment only had one small air conditioner that struggled even at night. Recommend if you want a central location in Florance and aren't looking for a 4 star resort. It was clean and safe.“
