„Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter der Ferienwohnung hat bestens geklappt. Die Klima ist zwei mal ausgefallen, das Problem wurde aber sofort behoben. Sonst gab es alles was man braucht. Der Pool könnte öfters gereinigt werden aber das war nur eine Kleinigkeit. Insgesamt war alles gut. “

„The view is spectacular. Additional instructions on where the unit located in the whole complex. Provide instructions on how to get there from Varenna train station by bus as in our case taxi and Uber were not available at the time, Google maps did not show the bus option, walking with luggage is not an option as it's a long steep and winding road. Tip: take the bus at the station, bus stop located at the end of the parking lot, get off at Perledo-Bologna stop and walk down to the propery.“

„We had the most beautiful stay end of July for 10 days. The owners were very welcoming, we enjoyed the breathtaking view from every room of the house. The direct access to the lake was another plus for the house. Yes, the traffic can get a bit noisy but that didn´t bother us too much. Closed to Varenna and local supermarkets.“

„The space wasn’t very clean, so many bugs everywhere, cobwebs in the corner and stained sofa/seat. The view was nice but not worth the hike all the way up and down each day. There was no bus and it was very hard to get a taxi. I would recommend staying closer to the town if you’re taking the ferries. “

„Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Residenz Decimina. Perfekt gelegen 10min zu Fuss iins Zentrum von Varenna oder 5min zur Schiffanlegestelle. Und in nur 2min ist man am Bahnhof. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sauber.“

„There was zero communication; we kept calling and no one received call. So, when we reached the property, we could not even open the lock box to get the key. So, we were literally on the street at late night. We were forced to get another hotel on emergency basis and forced to pay highest price ever for two nights.
