„Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage: man kann sie ganz einfach mit dem Zug vom Flughafen aus erreichen und läuft keine 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Wir waren mit vier Personen in der Wohnung und hatten alle genügend Platz. Der große Vorteil sind zwei Bäder. Kleinere Reparaturen wurden schnell und umgehend erledigt.“

„We had a great stay at Deservi Apartments and would happily stay here again on a future visit to Florence. The biggest highlight is undoubtedly the location. The apartment is just a stone's throw from Florence Cathedral and within easy walking distance of the Statue of David and many of the city's other major attractions. It was so central and easy to find that we rarely needed to use our maps once we had arrived. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived much later than expected, close to ...

„Very best communication and support by Silvia. Needed little more storage location in bathroom and for second suitcase in living room. Noise canceling of soundproof windows very good.“

„This place needs some improvement. There is no physical check-in. Everything is done virtual and the link they shared with me didn’t work at first. You need WiFi to open the doors the first time. Also the keys get jammed and it’s hard to open them. There is no elevator in the building and the room is in the 4th floor. The rooms were dirty and the bathroom had mold. „Das Zimmer war sauber und die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut.“

„Sehr gut“

„Todo 10 de 10 . La atencion, el lugar, ubicación. No podria ser mejor. Ampliamente recomendado..“

„Very close to the famous duomo. PRO: lots of restaurants nearby and tons of shops. You can easily just go to a restaurant in front of the place and see the duomo. There is a washer and lots of hangers which is convenient if you are staying a few days. Shampoo and soup are provided as well as towels. Bed is big. Living room area is decent and kitchen is well stocked. CON: trouble with check in because of communication problems, i waited an hour outside. Make sure to add their WhatsApp, it's ...

„This apartment is spacious even by American standards. It’s a literal stones through from Ponte Vechio. Monika was also responsive when we had issues but wasn’t able to correct them all.First, a shower leaked in the basement. She tried to sent a repairman the same day but schedule conflicts made it happen a day later. Not a major issue, we just shared the other two.Second, it’s an old castle so there is definitely some uniqueness about it. For some reason bubbles (yes like soap suds) started ...
