„Overall, the accommodations were adequate. There were just a few issues: 1. The dishwasher leaked on the first day of use -- we were required to wash the dishes by hand for the remainder of the trip. 2. Cleaning services were only offered once during our 8 day/7 night stay, and we weren't told what day it would occur. We were not prepared to vacate and therefore our apartment was not cleaned during our stay. 3. The hot water supply did not seem adequate for our family -- we were constantly ...

„Checking in was confusing. Lots of people in the office but hard to know who to talk to and what was going on. Once we were in, the experience was nice. Good location. Etc“

„The room smells like someone's sweat. I think the accommodation used to be working for students. But kitchen is good.“

„It was a perfect location. Safe and walkable. It would have been nice to have a fan for the bedrooms. The one fan that was there didn't seem to work very well. „Stayed from Aug 15 to 22, but I left partway through. The property guide talks a lot about security, but upon arrival at the building, the two people who handle check-ins were absent, but a complete list of names of people checking in that day on a table in a public area. Also, they did not check the ID of people checking in, even though emails stressed how seriously they take security. The communication sounds professional, but don't be fooled. This place is run by clowns. The room was covered ...

„There is not really a lot of privacy within the apartment itself. The bathroom is open with just a curtain to separate the rooms. You get quite acquainted with your travelling companion“
