"Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter nicht ganz so viel Glück. In dem Haus kann man gut entspannen da der Trubel der Welt aussen vor bleibt. Der Pool hat eine sensationelle Lage, ist zu jeder Zeit sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit zu erreichen und bei Problemen kam Hilfe aus dem Ort . Der Ort Londa ist ca. 8 km weg. Dort kann man das nötigste einkaufen. Zum größeren Lebensmittel Einkauf muss man nach Dicoamo fahren. Ca. 20 km vom Haus entfernt. Was in Londa fehlt ist ein gemütliches Café. Essen gehen kann man in einer einheimischen Pizzeria, will man mehr Auswahl muss man weiter weg fahren. Wer Party will ist hier falsch, zum Ausspannen ist der Ort ideal. Die vielen Wälder rundherum sind wunderbar. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht. Ich habe fast immer gekocht. Man muß etwas mehr Zeit auch zu nahen orten einplanen, da ab Londa der Weg sehr abenteuerlich ist bis zum Haus. Mittels der Adresse war es nicht zu finden. Mit den Koordinaten schon. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und für unseren Hund war es das Paradies."

"Alles war wirklich super. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre, dass die Heizung früher aktiviert würden, da es doch recht kalt manchmal war. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker mit Spezialitäten aus der Region."

"Very nice, rustic tuscan house. The view is fantastic and the area around the pool very spacious and perfect for pool days. The nature around the house is beautiful and there are many activities to do. We visited in August so it was very hot during our stay and there is no AC since the house is a relic, which is why we had some very warm nights. Nevertheless it was totally bearable and we would love to come back!"

The Villa with the original furniture and kitchen, the fattoria with all its history , the view , the flowers, the fresh and deep pool in the olive grove, the sunset, the surrounding woods and the village of Londa, the invaluable tips for excursions and restaurants by Guido , the waterfalls, the „apperitivos“together with Friends and Neighbours - everything authentic Guidos interest in Contemporary Art made some exzeptionell excursions possible. The Perfect Place for reading , relaxing, good wine and conversation , nature and history unmimited included."

"Der 2km lange Kiesweg, die nicht sauberen Zimmer/Küche und die 30min Fahrt in die nächste Ortschaft (45min zum nächsten größeren Supermarkt) haben die Urlaubsstimmung leider etwas getrübt. Die Finca liegt an sich in einer toller Naturidyille aber die gegebenen Rahmenbindungen machten es schwierig den Urlaub stressfrei zu genießen"
